What we will—and won’t—ask for
- For an inquiry, we ask for contact details and a short description of the work. Share only what is needed.
- We never need your account password, one-time verification code or recovery codes. Enter your own credentials only in the provider’s official sign-in page.
- For Google Business Profile cleanup, you keep ownership. We use appropriate manager access or a guided session, and you approve proposed changes first.
- Do not send card numbers, bank-login details, identity documents or customer lists through our general inquiry forms.
Know the work before you pay.
For studio services, we confirm the scope, price and timing before payment. A Business Profile Cleanup fit-check request is an inquiry, not an order or charge.
Start website purchases from the relevant page on our official site. For quoted work, confirm the invoice and recipient with us. We won’t ask you to pay a service invoice using gift cards or cryptocurrency.
If a message changes a bank account, payment recipient or refund destination, pause and confirm by calling the number above or another number you already know is ours. Don’t send an overpayment refund to a different person.
Our homepage also has a PayPal donation link for the studio. Donations are separate from service orders.
Something doesn’t look right?
Pause. Keep the message. Check with us.
Keep the original email or message and its sender details. Contact us independently and describe what happened. Remove passwords, codes, financial details and sensitive attachments before sharing anything.
Ask us to verify a messageChecking a message does not require a payment. If you already shared account credentials or made a suspicious payment, contact the account provider or payment provider through its official site promptly.
