Buyer support center

Open the package, start building, and recover safely if something goes wrong.

Most buyers do not need to install anything. Extract the ZIP and open OPEN-ME.html for the visual Website Creator launcher.

Three safe ways to begin

Choose the path that matches your computer.

The package contains editable website files, not a locked app. The launcher organizes those files into a friendly starting screen.

Common fixes

Start with the symptom you see.

I only see a folder and many files.

That is expected for an editable website package. In Version 1.8 or later, open the branded folder and double-click OPEN-ME.html. The launcher organizes the guides and starter site for you.

The launcher opens as text or asks me to choose an app.

Confirm the filename ends in .html, then choose Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox. Do not open it in Word or a plain-text editor.

Mac says the installer cannot be opened.

Control-click INSTALL-ON-MAC.command, choose Open, and review the confirmation. You may also skip installation entirely and open OPEN-ME.html.

Windows warns about the installer.

Confirm the file came from the official thefatherphil ZIP and is named INSTALL-ON-WINDOWS.bat. The safer no-install option is always available: open OPEN-ME.html.

The download link expired or reached its limit.
